Same. Because I had a traumatic childhood, my psych will not diagnosed me with adhd. It's super annoying. The past happened. I cannot focus, and it's not because I'm thinking of my past. I'd be a lot less depressed if I could just focus.

I finally went in to be assessed for adhd and got diagnosed with clinical depression instead. But I'm depressed because of the adhd but they said the treatment was the same, so whatever , I guess.
Maybe they should adopt one of the thousands of abandoned children in orphanages to get over it?

Ti's true. I'm a 5'3 , 120 lbs and I have to chop wood every year to heat our cabin. Some wood is more stubborn than others. I've definitely sunk a wedge in a cookie like that and had to go buy another one. 😆
