I've got a pocket full of cheese and a garden full of trees
Lost my mum last week to cancer. She was 54 and only diagnosed in January. Fuck cancer. Fuck everything

I got home a few days later to 100s of news reports about Beijing seeing the worst air pollution for 40 years!! Nothing on that in China..
I'm a Brit, I visited Beijing in 2013, the smog was so thick, you couldn't see at all. Our tour guide said 'not to worry, it's just fog' 1/2

My Beagle is 1.5yrs and she sleeps around 18hrs a day!
I'm in the UK and do 8-4 with 30 mins lunch. Pretty much everyone I know does that, or 9-5.
I use Nike Theas - they're quite pricey, but they're brilliant and I hardly ever get shin splints now.
Get some Scholl insoles - either the gel activ or the shock absorbing ones. What running shoes have you got?
2/2 Hitting flat footed made it worse! Also worth investing in some decent running shoes and perhaps some insoles - Scholl does good ones
I found adjusting the way my foot hit the ground helped, I try to hit just before my heel first, rather than flat footed 1/2
Our Beagle does that. She yanks so hard to get to the damn pebble. She got me tangled up in a thorn bush yesterday...
This is easily the best dump I've ever seen. And I've seen a lot of dumps.
