I'd gone to my favorite family owned Chinese restaurant for the last 40 years, and always ordered potstickers to start. They are famous for them. I'd walk in, be seated, and Mrs. Mei would tell me my potstickers are being prepared, what else did I want to order? Sadly, they retired and sold the restaurant last year, and I haven't been back since. It's not the same without that family.
