OP UPDATE; I am just over 5lbs down! Calorie counting is going well for me.
At least its like the one thing in life the more energy you put in the more results you'll get.
Work for the long term. Some people find it easier to make changes each week ie. Start diet soda one week, then reduce junk food next
OP Update: Down 5lbs! Even through the holidays that I usually eat tons of sweets! The rest of year should be even better!
If i lose even 30 lbs i'll be happy. Did keto for 2 wks last yr didnt lose a lb. Working out is only way for me i think

So with all that said, i think ultimatum is necessary sometimes to get severity of situation. And being ultimatum, there should only be 1

As far as "bedtime" lets just say my desire was still that of an 18 yo. As far lingerie, we were poor so buying something special was rare
My dad died a month later. I then didnt care what my church would think and started divorce because life is too short
There was no compromise. It was play games with him or spend evening alone. After he refused marriage counseling i moved in with parents
He would still order me around no matter what game we played, or he wanted us to do our own thing. So yeah i stopped playing
I thought Id stay until after she left. So now 5yr into marriage we both were out of school, no one else sharing our 1 room apartment
Then he had his mom come live with us for 3yr. I couldnt turn down someone that was going to be homeless. But 6wks turned to 3yr
I tried to play games but its no fun being bossed around on where to go what to collect and sometimes which class to be
He got paid while sitting at home playing video games while i worked 40hrs plus 10hrs a week commute. I stayed with thinking it will pass
Wedding day. I stayed with him. He got unemployment. He did bare minimum for a year to keep unemployment but not get a job.
