I'm actually not allowed overtime :( max of 40hrs per week and the benefits suck but, it's reliable and we would still be comfortable

That's the idea! Time is expensive, especially an engineers.
He has done alot of personal and professional dev work. He is a SCOM ninja, with an amazing idea. Me working is the only way to implement it
I am going to be pretty much the only cleaning personal in an 11 story building
He was a contractor but, he is a SCOM admin
Just be willing to do hard labor! Nothing that lasts is ever built without breaking a sweat!
My husband earns more as well. He's an IT guy and wants to do some dev work. Hopefully we will be millionaires in 10 years lol.
