I don’t think it has anything to do with a rodent control program
They said clipped ears no exception. Caught him using a trap. We released him after he healed and now kept coming back and became friendly
I was trying to be funny on the Instagram post. They took their ear tip at the place we took him to get neutered. We thought he was feral.
Ha! I feed him the problem is that he wants to come inside but over my cat’s dead body, literally.
Turns out he warmed up and finally let ya pet him. Definitely not feral just a stray.
We thought he was feral and took him to a rescue place to get his surgery. They cut their ear tip to mark them when they are feral.
Was somehow more confident and more vulnerable than it used to be.

Sometimes you school department will have their own scholarships and those could help too. Give yourself a break, the hearing will be fine
Counseling helps and it is usually free, it is good to talk to someone, don't forget to be social, you need that. And check department money
This will allow you to work off campus. BTW, you can work full time on campus without the permit during break or outside with the permit
And if you can prove financial hardship you can obtain a work permit, however, it will cost you about $380
No one will help you with the struggle unless you say something! You can also work an amount of hours a week on campus based on your status
Being an international student is extremely challenging (been there, twice) while my country was in crisis. Use your school resources!
