I lived in China for 2 years and I saw a lot of old buildings torn down and many tall buildings put in their places in a very short time... And ALL of them started to crumble. Many of the contractors didn't use enough cement to save money. (usually corruption) But not every building got that treatment and you could see who was who at the top of those projects.
If you don't like the sides... make a new one. Sometimes we need a triangle and not a line in the sand.
