Ikwym. I moved into a huge 1bed for my town with real hardwood. But it was built in like 1919 and was a dump. It was $325 and perfect.

Hey man, some of the best ppl I've ever known had kids too young. And it wasn't bc they were trashy. Sometimes life just works out that way.
