Firstly, you never originally stated a specific region. Secondly, EU refund policy is the same, 14 days or 2 hours gameplay.
That's still a thing: 14-days, with less than 2 hrs gameplay, no questions asked refunds.
It has audio, so you should.
If the earnings are more than the payout for the insurance theyd be stupid to drop them since theyre clearly earning good constant income
