Just to bring some humor into this back and forth.. would you say the military is capable of teaching "soft skills" necessary for success in the classroom or as an educator?

As stated in the State regulated School Aged Childcare Handbook for all licensed facilities in FL: you must have an associate degree in ECE, OR active NECC or FCCPC to be exempt from holding a BA. Each educator placed in a role that directly cares for students must fulfill this obligation, 70hrs introductory training and maintain 40hrs annual training.

Each county has their own qualification requirements for being hired as a substitute. The minimum is a GED/HS degree equivalent, pass a background and fingerprint check, and have references/experience in the field. This allows for educators who were not financially able to earn a college degree, but have ECE knowledge, to APPLY for sub roles in the district.
When you've blocked them and still see their shit posts influencing the community.. ufhgh. Kiddo, just give it a rest for the night
Nope, though you can definitely see the tubers on a big vine... so that's still cool
Is that the purple bits in the background, as well? They're often used complimentary in landscaping, and do well in both partial shade/full sun 🌞
