I hear ya. It’s why I’m living at home until I get a better job. I’m lucky that my parents are chill people, and easy to live with.
I checked with my mom who is a real estate agent. It’s actually worth a million now. It’s in a nice area. 2800 sq ft. So $357/square foot.
Because Trump’s a con artist, and you’re not supposed to let the marks in on the con.

Plus 1 more bathroom, remodeled the whole inside and extended the wall of that back porch out about 15 feet all the way across.
It’s actually a bit more than that. Probably closer to $800k. It’s expensive af here. My parents bought it in 1978 for $150k. Added 3 br tho
