Who cares about the breed? Bite history is understandably something to be cautious about. But shouldn't disqualify a dog from a loving home

From what I read initially it was anxiety in the kennel and someone putting their fingers into the kennel

Once he was adopted at an event he stayed with the family and their OTHER dog became aggressive towards Ollie, not Ollie begin aggressive 4)
He has a bite history from what I understand because he had anxiety in the shelter and people where sticking their fingers in the kennel 3)
