snes9x is pretty flawless but thats owing to the snes being a potato and really easy to emulate
well i know pcsx2 still has a lot of problems with many games. PJ64 is good but has odd glitch sometimes. dolphin needs a lot of polish
emulation isnt a 100% solution. many games still cant be emulated completely correctly
