I joined under the NG and at the end of my contract had hoped to go either Active or Reserve. Guess that's over with now.
My discharge is under NGR 600-200, Chapter 6, paragraph 6-35(l)8. I am barred from re-enlisting anywhere.
For those wondering. No I did not deploy. Yes my issue was service related.
Holy fuck this is mind blowing.
It was service connected but never got med boarded. My discharge date was 19 April. Literally 2 weeks before my 5yr mark.
I doubt congress/senate gives a damn. But it is worth a shot.
The VA is like the lovechild of Golem and The Joker.
The VA will always find a way to curb the claim
It's shit like this that fucking enrages me. Active, reserve, guard, whatever! When a troop needs help GET THEM THE HELP w/o shitting them
I plan to keep on trucking just to spite those assholes.
Fortunately I'm not married. On the other hand I am in a committed relationship with my woobie.
My shits already being processed. I tried fighting it but got shot down multiple times by my btn and brigade.
