Yes that part is a bit alarming.. Though it doesn't look like a proper cut. Hopefully it is just a mark that will just disappear in time
Don't be sad C section is very very common. I was and so was my kid, also emergency. I think 1 third of babies are in the UK. Good luck and get used to not sleeping! Nap when he naps.
