One near me does mandatory 5% for back of house, increased wage for all, then you tip waiter less if you want. Seems to work well.
I always thought this, but for restaurants in the north east US that tried this waiters made less money & left for other restaurants.
Juliard is a respected school for theater and acting. Like he got a high class education in acting and used it to voice a cartoon chicken.

My wife travels for work. One time there was a problem with the steering so they were getting towed back to terminal & the front fell off.
