I lost my dad this year. Heart attack. He was my best friend. Him and I grew so close together after the loss of my mom. I was so overwhelmed. The grief was, at times, too much to bare. As the sole aire, I had to deal with all of his belongings and his estate. But slowly, I learned how to swim against the waves of emotion. The grief still washes over me, but I'm able to keep my head up more. Grief is the terrible reminder of the depth of out love. I'm sorry for your loss. May you find some peace
