Think the highest the electric gets is like $120 in the summer with 4 ACs running. Gas drops to about $30.
We have a 4 bedroom, quiet neighborhood, taxes included. There are some good finds out there! Plus, it's YOURS!
Also from CT, gas heat was $280, electric was $32, mortgage $950. Utilities swap cost in the summer though...
