On my 4th play through, really don't see it.
What I do is I make a separate building just for me and do a door lock switch with the bunker door building pieces
Don't go for him immediately, get the intimidation perk like I should've and intimidate him to come back to your settlement. i prob lost him
Would equal about $45,000 in wages that a AAA developer would take, and they just make it to make players happy because they can. (2/2)
Totalbuiscut made a recent video that took info from DLC sized mod creators and this type of mod takes up to a year to develop and (1/?)

Do it, but pump your game full of mods and try it out on survival mode. It's painful but so goddamn fun and rewarding.

As far as I know, NPC's don't eat. But if they do... well at least he's wearing a specific armor setup and I have a pic of his face!
