Check out Canberra, Australia. It's a wholly planned and relatively recent city, but known for its curvey streets and roundabouts.
Does 'not black' mean 'sweet'? Genuinely curious. In Australia you can have a milky coffee that isn't sweet - you just don't add sugar.
