Idk, I explain to my kids it’s the willingness to pay more for “organics” and other items that shows consumers will pay, if something before that movement was 2$ but the organic version was $4, the lower price was soon to be 2.75 because why not the alternative was still paying higher and the market shows people will pay. Just like fast food, it use to be barely MCD’s but now you spend on casual fast food, raising the cost on lower costing items. And the greed thing too but we won’t stop buying
