30 days of training. Training. Not on the job work experience. 99.9% of things like the food service industry is not spending 30 days of straight training to any employee. Seems like a very high bar.

The best thing we ever did was setup a rotating feeder for the morning. That way she associates that with her morning food and not us.
Same, my person same. The medication has helped me tremendously focus on what I choose to focus on instead of what my ADHD wants me to focus on. And much much fewer hours laying in bed without the ability to get up to accomplish the 10 minute task that is holding me back from the rest of the day. I'm just as creative as before, but without the shame of laying in bed unable to function for hours...

There is something very wrong about that situation. The cat is feral, or has something very wrong physically or mentally with it for it to react like that (territorial issues etc.). Dude handle it like a champ though.
