Based on this video, I don't know if the guy they arrested is the guy who pushed the guy but yeah I agree that whoever pushed the guy should be removed from society forever, for a variety of reasons (practical and moral) the death penalty likely not appropriate here.
My thoughts are that I don't know what the fuck you're talking about and that in the era of AI deep fakes I don't think video evidence alone should be enough to convict anyone of anything let alone sentence them to death.
