Sometimes being a good person shows employees that you care about them. Money comes and goes, but people are more valuable.

As a dad with 2 toddlers, this is gold. My wife tells me these stories after I ask how were the girls.
Seems like she would get alot of headaches.
My dad is retired army and he didn't see me off or back from my deployment. I get where you're coming from brother.
Or her birthday could be real soon and missed the cut off.
I still live in a military town, filled with active and vets. So I don't have those sudden events pop up.
