I'm just here for all of the cool animal posts and silly memes. I've been sharing my opinions more often, some people like them, some people don't. I don't mind. I'm a Cancer Warrior/Survivor (so far) I've been on this journey now for several years. I also fight with other traumas and it's made me think very hard about what I want out of life and the amount of work it takes just to survive and keep going.

They seriously need to get rid of the "sell by" where I live. Our stores keep selling food and it literally spoils the day after I buy it. I've had to toss so much chicken because I've opened the package the day after buying it and it was already done for.
Totally. I respected him so much! I still bawl my eyes out thinking about the loss to this world. I'm 4 years into my cancer treatment and doing better but know full well how scary it is to keep moving on while fighting.
I fell asleep while eating after like the second bight, chewing was so tiresome.

That's one of the problems with the law. They can't do anything until something actually happens. Personally, I've been a victim of something similar. I was being threatened constantly at school by a group and went for help multiple times, they never stepped in until that group finally all ganged up on me and almost beat me to death on school property. They should be able to step in an remove people just from threats, but no.

Dropping anchor doesn't really stop a ship safely either, it's not an emergency brake like that, It can cause huge damage to the ship, tearing haul and tearing up the seafloor. etc. It may be a last resort thing though.
