The drones were launched from Ukraine. The damage to the residential areas surrounding the targeted military base appears to be a result of Russian E-war and jamming causing the drones to turn away from their target and crashing randomly, or falling debris from intercepted drones.
We're not the ones dehumanizing them, they are managing that all on their own.
