You'd think the millions paid out in civil suits would do that but it's tax payers that end up footing the bill
And for lower end jobs you will likely save money in reduced turnover
of millionaires in the study. For every 1% increase in taxes about the same %age moved. Working million earners did not move.
There was a study done on million earners and they did not move. The population that did was millionaire retirees which represented 10% 1/?
