We used to listen for the town’s fire horn. If it went off at 7, then “no school!”
The cheapness and grime of the sets added to the ultimate glory of the show. Much better than the slick US copies on network TV. Surreal fun

Except this show has no laugh track. Hopefully this will start a trend... even when “filmed before a live audience.”
And to think they canx that show b/c “people had to watch it...”. Like Firefly.

Hummingbirds are viscous little proto-pterodactyls. Watch them closely and you’ll see this is true.
Lots of tax here in CA. We are currently trying to repeal the new 12 cents a gallon Moonbeam Tax.
His performance as Krushchev in “Death of Stalin” was genius. Brilliant work in a hilariously twisted film.
Looks like a recent transplant to California based on new tag vs old “car.”

Onion’s “Our Dumb Century” is a treasure. Right up there with NatLamp’s high 1964 High School Yearbook. Genius.
