My biggest fear is when I finally get a date to discuss these things for diagnoses, I will forget each and every one of them and I will continue to raw dog all of this. The fear genuinely makes me contemplate extreme measures. I've had such enough of all of this.

I'm 32. I definitely felt a creep of time when it popped up as something I watched when I was a kid.
I used to love these as a kid, they were a weird comfort for me - not something you'd think to be comforting to someone entering their teens. I recently found them on Prime for free just last week, and I started watching them again. RIP, legend. Thank you for bring banging music, and a timeless comfort I still feel today.
I'm currently tapering off, and everything is *hard*, just really bloody heavy right now. I find the antidepressants held me in a bracket of bandwidth, and now that I'm coming off them, that bracket has been taken off, and I'm going up and down *a lot* right now.
OP: 1) Seek a solicitor/lawyer. 2) Seek a therapist (not a marriage counselor). 3) This is the biggest one. Ignore the rest here. You're coming for consolation, but you're clearly very confused, trapped in black/white thinking. there is a mixed bag of comments here, some I believe are really not helpful to your current state of mind.
