dough: 1.5 cups all purpose flour1 cup masa harina1 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder2/3 cup water2 tbsp oilthe refried beans are a bit more complicated.. but this is more or less what I used: 2.5 cups cooked beans1/2 cup water2 tbsp lime juice1 tsp minced garlic1 tsp serrano chile powdersalt to tasteI have a small food processor, so I made two batches of the beans like that, heated up some oil in the pan and mixed that in with a little chipotle chile and simmered it for a bit
