People with narcissistic personality disorder don’t acknowledge they’re narcissist. They’re not self aware; they’re notoriously sensitive and delusional. They will verbally abuse you and turn the accusations onto you; so much so that when psychologists suspect this diagnosis they are advised not to present it to the patient
