That realm/form. Sauron and Gandalf being valar would have massive powers as they are essentially angels. Whereas a human would have 3/4

The books are kind of vague on that one. In the books Isildur does become invisible. My take has always been that the ring transforms you1/2

Because Tom Bombadil is his own master, he exists outside of and beyond the power of Sauron, the ring, or even the valar.
