I redid my 7900xtx with ptm7950, god that stuff is amazing. Dropped my temps down 10-15 degrees on the hotspot and let a brand new card go back to a variance of ~20 degrees from GPU temp to Hotspot. Running games at 90+ while safe, I didnt like and now I sit around 80

Breeding between human cousins is around an inbreeding co-efficient of 12% with genetics, with axolotls a random unknown pair will be around 35%

music rights on old content is one of the worst things as a consumer. Scrubs streaming isnt the same because they specifically put the songs in the episodes to portray themes or elements. Drew Carey Show never got anything passed Season 1 on DVD because of music rights and I'm sure more shows got the hose in the past years

my next run I think I'll finally use Lae'zel, I'll try warlock but always gotta keep Karlach and Shart, romance both of the laters already though, not sure if I'll be able to do Laezel or go back to the best one again ( karlach ). Maybe just install the mod where I can do everyone

There's apparently lots of reasons if you look it up, but banks take on very large risks locking people in at sub 2% for 25-30 year terms, meanwhile our banks are safer renewing the term every 3-5 years. Iirc back in the last financial disaster, our banks remained strong and untouched while the US burned and had to be bailed out
How Americans get away with an entire locked rate for the duration of the mortgage is beyond me. In Canada you have to renew your mortgage rate every 3-5 years or so, so everyone who got cheap rates during covid are now getting insane bumps in the next 1-2 years

Mine slowly loses it's time, I've had it for months and their feed timer went from 7am/pm all the way down to 6:34am/pm, with the timechange its now 7:34 and maybe by this fall it'll make it's way back to 7 again
We had a fire at work once and I had to use two extinguishers to take it out, it made sense but at the time I wasn't worried about what I was breathing, my throat was shot for 1-2 weeks afterwards
