Yes, that was me. I will ask my wife how we did it then. He was definitely a cousin because his mom is her Aunt (father's sister).
Yet somehow we did it. We didn't cheat. We followed the rules and were honest. I'm in Texas, he came from Thailand to live in Vegas.
