SSRI/SNRI use a mechanism called "receptor upregulation" where it can work by changing the number of serotonin receptors on neurons. This takes time to work, sometimes first signs of progress aren't seen until 10-12weeks after starting therapy. Stick with it and make sure to share concerns with doctor before abrupt discontinuation of med(s) ๐

I stopped there for 5 days before a few weeks in Thailand and ate all day, everyday, everywhere. Best dish I had was in a bus station.
Recognizing there are systemic injustices and a need to discuss and address them.
I'm not sure it's that old in Miami. Or in the major cities (Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando). I would imagine the state avg is weighed down heavily by cities like naples, Sarasota, Fort Myers-- where the avg age is in the 50s
@op ask for a further breakdown of charges, send to insurance company, ask if they can give you contact info to call and get a comparison with other local hospitals. It may not be a ton but this tactic absolutely can cut 10-20% off your bill. Happy to answer additional Qs if needed

For its full time staff the site pays $200/week to be on call + can deduct hours spent from normal shift. Im a consultant so different 4 me
This is in my contract. If I'm 'on call' for a week, I require 168hrs of pay because I can't drink while on call. It worked!
