I worked at a finical services company and actually tested those phones. Most of our beta testers liked the phone but the lack of apps and MDM really doomed it. Even the last HTC phone that had a dock and ran a version of Office was mostly well received, except the version of office it ran was incompatibile with the desktop version. They could have done much better if they actually wanted to work on it and upgrade all of their back-end corp infrastructure.
