If it is the intended purpose of virtual reality is to trick you and mimic reality, wouldn't it succeed and not be overrated?
How is VR overrated, I was flying in a freaking jet yesterday. I kept looking down confused that I couldn't see my keyboard.
I'm not using it as much as I thought I would, but its mainly because there is hardly any content worth playing 5 hour sessions with.
Its pretty mind blowing technology, it will supplement your current gaming, not replace it. It has a future but long way from replacement.
