If we every needed that old Science Fiction lie detector that could be accidentally(wink,wink) injected into someone that would automatically detect a lie and administer a slight shock...now is the time..A lot of folks wouldn't make it through breakfast before the accumulated shocks put them under.
I got nothin' scientific...but watching that woman stroke the baby's arm with her thumb(about 20 times as my mind lulled) I realized the time it took me to take that thumb stroke and then reset my thumb for another pass was really really close to the speed of my relaxed breathing.

AND you don't have to wear them tilted or high-topped like the French unless you want to. Snapped forward like a Kanga they are super versitile. Fold easy, wash easy.
Looks like someone might want his very own Kremlin. D.C. has lots of nice buildings with walkways, plazas and greenways that could make a good starting point for this.
