White shirt guy basically saved everyones lives, he stops the guy from figuring out how to load the pistol and shoot up the place, and then him being there grappling with the guy is probably the only reason the cop didn't magdump him - and it all starts with a bit of luck that the guy wasn't able to shoot the gun, because you can see him literally switching aim to the next target before he realized it didn't even fire the first time, he was straight up ready to just murder at least 2 people...
