I miss him too. Still can’t rewatch his shows. Not many artist/celebrities as sincere as him.

My bloodwork is good and I don’t have any deficiencies. Take a multi vitamin and a B12 shot.
Had to give up anything leafy. No spinach or greens. Boiled carrots work with seasoning. No corn (I miss popcorn ). All that being said/4
Not crowns, crohns. I pretty much stick to scallopedpotatoes, sweet potatoesbut mashed, boiled green beans (really boiled), pea soup/3
Isn’t long enough to break it down. For many years I had no issues. Ended up having crowns in my small GI tract and have narrowing /2
Unfortunately no. I add spices. I can handle that most of the time. Hot spice will zing the exit if you catch my drift. Our digestion /1
Middle age pedo about to go down for life and do hard time. He was weak, probably an addict or alcoholic, and ran aponzi scheme. Suicide.
