In Arizona you don't need a teaching degree to teach Pk-12... not that any school worth its salt would hire someone without one. They are still obligated to send a letter to all students parents alerting them if their teacher is not certified to teach. Still though. Thats how they decided to solve the shortage

Yes, in terms of general public everyday standards.I should say it is the media social standards of beauty: television, magazines, anything being sold for consumption. They dont generally listen to the general public, they push their own standards, those standards these days being skinny or thicc-but-thin.

Because we were getting squeezed for our wedding by the entire place with insane upcharges for 1 extra chair, or 1 extra hour, or 1 extra plate. I asked to include 1 plate of food for someone not on the guest list but was present and helping out and they slapped me with "then you pay x5 the cost for short notice" like... The places that run weddings can be really toxic.

I dont remember the exact amount but the cost I paid was exhorbinant, and she didnt stay for the entire event which we agreed upon so I was fine with it cause she had an upcharge per hour after the first 2 hours that we couldnt afford. If mine had had a problem with something and deleted all of the photos, I wouldnt have paid her a dime, cause there was nothing received at that point.
Mine only worked until before food was served and didnt want to stay through so could be a weird situation like that. But also why would you get paid what was probably VERY WELL, and delete the work. Nevermind food, thats a great way to not get paid at all.
