My ring throughout the day, so it comes off a lot during those times. I still sleep with it on and shower with it too 2/2
May be a dumb question but, why not sleep with it on if you take it off multiple times a day, out of curiosity. I constantly fiddle with 1/

they're saying, other times it's just white noise and it's incredibly difficult to tune in enough to be able to listen. I hate being in 2/
the way I describe it is it's like you're trying to tune into a radio station. sometimes you nail the tuning and can focus on what 1/
depends if they're independent contractors, but also that equates to £120k based on 5 days a week, and 48 weeks in a year (because holidays)
