i feel they need to skirt away from any statements admitting guilt, since it can be used against them in the assumed future lawsuit.
china is fine with the US getting further quagmired into the middle east, but sees historically that the US's missile strikes do nothing.
i wasn't a big fan of it, but it wasn't terrible. :)
