Biliary colic and gallstones are the same thing and should either be exclusively on the right or on all 3 epigastric (top) squares.

Everyone underestimates the difficulty and complexity of a correct bench press.
Damn right and it's the hardest to assess your own form on because you can't really look in a mirror while you're doing it.
But make sure your trainer knows their stuff - ie Experience teaching weightlifting and strength training, not just 'general fitness'. 2/2
Depending on where you are you can always start with a training session - I had a couple of $30 (Aus) sessions when I started. 1/2

Apparently in the 80s he learnt to sing and his crowds hated it so he had to re-train himself to sing like Bob Dylan.

There's a reason sprinting for 8s then resting for 12s for 20 min will burn more calories than jogging for 40min. It's a lot harder.

My dad taught me that tears are valuable, so expend them only on important things. Always seemed like good advice to me.
