I'd love to see more trains, but also, remember scale too

Making SFR illegal would not fix the problem like you hope it would. Current market conditions are much more complicated than that.

I was just stating that there are legit reasons, not that all reasons are ok.
And you can easily get a liability policy for $1M so that's better for everyone all around.
Nope. All the income got taxed at my normal rate. But it's easier to file if it's in an LLC.
I owned half of a rental house, my partner and I put it in an LLC for tax and liability reasons. There are legit reasons for comps. to own
There is a difference between staging something and filming something funny you know is going to happen.

I'm saying this as an employer and as one who works on contract. You do NOT work 12 hours on a 3 hour contract. PLEASE see your own value!
