Maybe I’m making an assumption about the purchase being in the US. An inspection is part of a standard purchase agreement for any U.S. home and has to be explicitly waived in writing. If the “entire house” had knob and tube wiring, a home inspector wouldn’t need to open up walls to find some. It would be apparent at the breaker panel or fuse box, and probably present in an attic, crawl space, basement, etc.
Why wasn’t that found during the inspection?
I think Caspar is hanging up his Babypants. He is on “permanent break” from touring and after releasing 1-2 albums per year hasn’t released a new album since ‘21

I didn’t make the connection at first, makes sense. I’m not in agreement with these kinds of laws, but now you have me wondering how I would verify. I’m thinking credit bureau like questions. “Which of the following addresses have you claimed residence?” You’re right that only asking for one-factor authentication won’t “work” and is just a lame CYA.

I feel better during the day not like I need a nap everyday. I was getting sore throats frequently from the snoring and that went away. My wife didn’t want to murder me in my sleep anymore. It doesn’t eliminate snoring entirely but it’s much better.
