Now, I live right in the center of the most touristy part of San Francisco.... it's beautiful and the people are great and the city is fantastic.... but I would never, ever, in a million years, recommend anyone come to even my favorite place in the USA.Trump and his ilk have ruined this nation and it won't be back in my lifetime.

college is an entirely different animal than high school. I had like 2 friends in HS and in college I ended up with probably 10-15 that I'm still close with. The thing is, people "HAVE" to go to HS, but they "CHOOSE" to go to college. In non-required classes, you'll find people that "CHOSE" to take them and have common interests and goals and ideals. And, in college, high-functioning autism can be an asset that others in study groups may appreciate rather than be a social detriment
