I had that shirt but I stopped wearing it out because all anybody saw was the swastika and I nearly got the shit beaten out of me too many times. On the plus side, that there's lots of people where I live prepared to give Nazis a good kicking is pleasing.

Buy a screen, measure it, make a hole that size in a bit of wood. Put the screen in the hole. You're pretty much done.

No. Won't ruin a knife, if it's sharp it'll cut thin plastic cold. I cut food packaging with my knife lots. Soldering iron v. easy to clean.
