Not a blanket excuse or apologist attitude, but people are usually complicated and have good and bad aspects to them.
I get it for esports and similar but in my head big in person sports teams are instrinsically linked to their geographic location and the history and relationship they've built in that area. If you move and throw all that out a lot of the connection to the team goes with it
What's the fantasy logic of his power. Having skin flesh and bone that has super natural elasticity is one thing but there are no muscles in these structures that would push or pull like this even if the body was malleable enough for it. Fantasy X force doing all the moving I guess.
Seems like an excessive amount of gauges and buttons/switches but they're probably there for a good reason.

TV and Hollywood still hammering home the 'keep trying until they say yes' culture in 2024. It's so romantic. Especially when you follow them home or surprise them at work and do something charming. They're still pushing this, today.

Zaheer was always my least liked villain in Avatar. Mostly because he offered no better solution to the status quo, he just wanted to destroy it while spouting philosophy about tyranny. He was as deluded in his self righteousness as he was in how beneficial anything he did was to the world at large. Yeh let's just tear down all government and societal order and we'll all then be free in a just world somehow, magically. What a colossal twat.

How come if you act as a decent human being they are able to outright fire you on the spot but if you murder someone you get put on paid leave and the full weight of the department backing you up

A lot of it is a scam but there are a lot of actual price reductions aswell. Here in the UK anyway.
Had to be done for sake of TV but yeh they're traveling mostly in a straight line most of the time. They would of almost never met the same people twice unless those people also happened to be constantly travelling in the same direction. Even throwing in superior technology and other Deus ex machina they would not of plausibly met most of the characters a second time. They would always be light years behind them.
