You can get external numpads. I'd much rather have a 60% keyboard and an external numpad than a full size keyboard.
Well technically it's not a must have, all the function of a numpad is available on a 60% layout, it's just way less productive.
The keyboard is a Vortex Pok3r. You can get it on Amazon, maybe newegg, and a few other places because it's very popular.
